Thanks and Gratitude for Our Lives

Give Thanks for Life

Thanksgiving is a day we should celebrate every day!

  • Eating healthy food with friends and family,
  • Giving Thanks,
  • Having Gratitude for even the smallest things in our lives

These are some of the healthiest things we can do.*  Add a little exercise and you have the golden recipe for a great life.  “When we decide to focus on all that is good in our lives, happiness increases, blood pressure drops, heart rate drops.”**  There are many studies that show this to be true.

Life is a miracle.  We have life. We are miracles.  We should be celebrating every day we are alive on earth giving thanks and gratitude we exist!

The pictures included today were taken by a patient of mine who sends me incredible beauty she experiences in her life.  It brings joy to my heart.  I’m thankful and grateful for her sharing.  Pay close attention to the colors seen in the photo of different proteins in neurons. It’s magnificent!
