Ivermectin, The Cure for Covid?
In the midst of well publicized excitement in administering experimental vaccines for Covid-19, the media overlooked a press release from January 15, 2021, stating “NIH has upgraded their recommendation on Ivermectin, making it an option for use in Covid-19” as per the Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance, FLCCC.
Ivermectin, an old and well used drug, works on a myriad of parasitic diseases including worms. 3.7 billion people have been given Ivermectin. It has little if any side effects, and is inexpensive.
Ivermectin has been used so extensively with such great success, it was named the “Wonder Drug” in 2011, giving it the same status as penicillin and aspirin*. It is also widely used in veterinary medicine for worms. It won the nobel prize In 2015. It is a well-studied, well accepted drug in medicine.
It is a travesty our medical system is so broken we can’t get a well-known medication repurposed for use in an emergency. However, the FDA expedited an experimental vaccine with unknown short term and long term side effects that cost millions. Yet they chose not expedite the use of Ivermectin. NIH was informed in August of promising research and did not again review the research until January. This is their job keeping up with current research. Even as late as January 14th the CDC stated it did not approve Ivermectin’s use for Covid-19 until more adequate research was done. This was after extensive research had been presented in front of the senate, December 8, 2020.**
To me this inadequacy of our medical system it is a crime against humanity. Thousands of people have died needlessly. These are strong words. I encourage you to take the time to listen to the December 8, 2020, Senate hearing concerning Ivermectin and decide for yourself. (LINK). At this hearing, a renown pulmonary doctor, Pierre Kory, MD, presented Ivermectin as a possible ‘cure’ for Covid-19 supported by powerful data from many countries. He also states he and his research was censored by facebook. The media spent more time promoting and presenting the experimental vaccines and gave Ivermectin little media coverage even though FLCCC was publishing data on Ivermectin as an answer to the pandemic. Was anyone really interested?
Anyone can take Ivermectin for the prophylaxis of Covid-19. Studies showed 100% of 800 people exposed with Covid-19 did not get Covid-19. See the results of Ivermectin clinical trials. (LINK).
The use of Ivermectin is presented in the following video during a talk show with Pierre Kory, MD. (LINK) In summary, if you have been exposed to Covid-19, you take one dose of Ivermectin. It works for 2-3 days. If you have any symptoms you can take Ivermectin for 5 days in a row. They are also using it in hospitals as it attacks the virus in the lungs.
Take time to think about what is happening here. Take time to think about the thousands of lives that may have been saved if doctors had been given the red light to try Ivermectin outside of clinical trials. Why are the doctors being held back from treating patients as they feel best for the patient? Why did NIH not jump on the early data and/or follow up with it monthly? Covid needs to be treated upon getting the first symptoms. Why are doctors not understanding this? People are being told to stay home for 14 days and bear the disease. With Ivermectin you can be better in 3-5 days. Why suffer needlessly?
I am grateful and thankful for the hard work and diligence of my colleagues on the front line working endlessly to beat Covid-19. I thank them for sharing with me the latest developments so I am able to share them with you as early as possible.
Have an awesome day knowing answers are here for the obliteration of Covid -19. Dr D
