TIP: Eat plain yogurt + fresh fruit on top, not flavored yogurt.

WHY?

Flavored yogurt has sugar added to it… some flavored yogurts actually have more sugar than the equivalent portion of ice cream! (And no, that’s not an insinuation to eat ice cream instead…) Eating plain yogurt keeps sugar content lower, and by adding fresh fruit you get the added bonus of fiber.
